In an effort to serve all of our customers as well as our farm being smaller than conventional farms our beef supply is limited.
In order to serve as many people as possible we sell what we have through the online Farm Store.
Our sides of beef are approximately 250-300 lbs hanging weight and are dry aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure peak flavour and tenderness. You will receive a variety of cuts that will include steaks, ground beef and roasts. Cuts will be based on your specifications.
