As you know I am still in the healing stages of broken arms and it seems I am not yet finished with surgery. Three down, one more to go and hoping it will be the last.Thank goodness for all the help from my family. It seems once the second full arm cast goes on I will require a cook, house cleaner, launderer, snow shoveller, grocery shopper, personal taxi, door opener, hairdresser, personal care worker, and entertainers. Did I miss anything?!
Hmmmmmm, I could be onto something!

We have used our sausages in many different recipes. Sometimes the recipes around our house are whatever is in the pantry. This particular recipe was very tasty.
Kitchen Sink Pasta Sauce
1 pound Middle River Farm Medium Italian Sausage
1 quart canned tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery (I used frozen celeriac tops)
1 clove garlic minced
Remove sausage from casing and brown. Add 1 quart canned tomatoes, celery and minced garlic. Simmer for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour. Boil pasta and drain.Serve with sauce and freshly grated parmesan.
I am certain there are a myriad of ingredients you could use to personalize your sauce.I use few ingredients because of the flavors in the sausage.
